The Application is an AI-powered tool for self-reflection and emotional well-being. ENYA's responses:

  • Do not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment
  • Should never replace consultation with a qualified healthcare professional
  • Should not be used in psychiatric emergencies or situations of immediate danger

If you have suicidal thoughts or are experiencing severe distress, please immediately contact emergency services in your country or a doctor.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading or using ENYA (the "Application"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Nature of Service (Artificial Intelligence)

ENYA is an empathetic artificial consciousness designed for emotional support. You understand and acknowledge that you are dialoguing with an Artificial Intelligence (AI). While ENYA adopts an empathetic and personal tone:

  • ENYA is not a human being.
  • Information generated by the AI may sometimes be invented, inaccurate, or inappropriate ("hallucinations"). You should not rely on factual information provided by the AI without verification.
  • The Service uses state-of-the-art AI technology to provide meaningful conversations based on your input.

3. Account Creation and Management

To use ENYA, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials.

Account Deletion: In compliance with App Store guidelines, you can delete your account and all associated data at any time directly from the Application settings (Account page → Delete Account). This action is immediate and irreversible.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Mobile Application: The mobile app is provided as a "Companion" to our web service. No digital content purchases or subscriptions can be made directly within the mobile app.

Subscription Management: All subscriptions are managed exclusively through our website (enyanova.ai).

  • Free plan: 30 messages per month
  • Premium subscription: €12.90/month for 300 messages per month
  • Subscriptions are billed monthly and can be cancelled at any time through the website
  • No refunds are provided for partial months
  • Payments are processed securely through Stripe

5. User Conduct

You agree not to use ENYA to:

  • Generate illegal, hateful, sexually explicit, or violent content
  • Attempt to manipulate ("jailbreak") the AI's ethical safeguards
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Harass, abuse, or harm others

We reserve the right to suspend the account of any user violating these rules.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by ENYA and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the creators of ENYA shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, or psychological damages resulting from the use of the Application or interpretation of responses provided by the AI.

You use ENYA at your own risk. We provide the Service "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

8. User Content

You retain ownership of the content you share with ENYA. By using the Service, you grant us the right to process and store your conversations to provide and improve the Service.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
