1. Information We Collect

Account Information

  • Email address
  • First name
  • Password (encrypted and never stored in plain text)

Conversation Data (Sensitive Information)

⚠️ Sensitive Data: Your conversations contain emotional and potentially sensitive information.

  • Text messages you exchange with ENYA
  • Emotional "memories" generated by the AI to maintain conversation continuity (long-term memory)
  • Conversation timestamps
  • Message count and usage statistics

Technical Information

  • Device type and operating system
  • IP address (for security purposes)
  • App version
  • Authentication tokens

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

  • Provide the service: Enable you to chat with ENYA and access your conversation history
  • ENYA's memory: We use a vector database so ENYA remembers the context of your past exchanges, which is essential for high-quality support
  • Service improvement: Anonymized trend analysis to improve the quality of AI responses
  • Communication: Send you transactional emails (account confirmation, password reset)
  • Security: Prevent abuse and ensure platform safety

3. Data Sharing (Third-Party Service Providers)

We NEVER sell your personal data to third parties.

However, to operate the application, we work with the following trusted technical providers:

Supabase (USA/EU)

Database hosting and authentication management. Data is encrypted at rest and in transit.

Anthropic Claude & OpenAI (USA)

AI model providers (Large Language Models). Your messages are sent to their APIs to generate responses.

Important: These providers do not use data sent via their API to train their public models by default.

Stripe (USA)

Secure payment processing (website only). We never have access to your credit card numbers.

Resend (USA)

Transactional email delivery service.

4. Data Security

Your conversations with ENYA are private and confidential.

We implement industry-standard security measures:

  • All communications between your device and our servers are encrypted (SSL/TLS)
  • Database access is strictly restricted and secured
  • Your messages are encrypted in transit and at rest
  • We do not manually read, analyze, or review your individual conversations
  • The ENYA team does not have access to your private conversations

5. Your Rights (Account Deletion)

In compliance with GDPR and App Store requirements, you have complete control over your data.

  • Deletion: You can delete your account and all associated data (conversations, memories, profile) directly in the application via: Account → Delete Account. This action is immediate and irreversible.
  • Export: You can request a copy of your data by contacting us
  • Access: You have the right to access your personal data
  • Opt-out: You can opt out of promotional communications at any time

6. Data Retention

  • Free users: 30 messages per month, 1 conversation saved
  • Premium users: 300 messages per month, 1 global conversation
  • You can delete your conversations at any time
  • When you delete your account, all your data is permanently removed immediately

7. Protection of Minors

ENYA is not intended for minors under 17 years of age. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If we discover that an account belongs to a minor without parental consent, we will delete it.

8. Changes to Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. In case of major changes, we will inform you by email or via an in-app notification. Your continued use of ENYA after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
